Welcome to the 6-week intensive exercise program!
This program helps you lose weight by burning fat, increase muscle mass, and improve your cardiovascular health. You will feel more fit and energetic.
This 6-week program is designed to work 5 days a week and rest 2 days.
We recommend resting on Thursdays and Sundays, but you can adjust it according to your own schedule.
The exercises in the series use easily available and safe equipment such as body weight, dumbbells, yoga blocks, benches or boxes.
